Candidates must be either:
(a) a citizen of India
(b) a subject of Nepal,
(c) a subject of Bhutan
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 01, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided the candidates belonging to the (b), (c), (d) & (e) must have a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India in favour of him/her.

The process of filling online application for the examination consists of two parts:
I. One Time Registration
II. Filling of Online Application for the Examination
Important things which you should keep with you while filling the Filling of Online Application:Step 1: Click on the official link which is provided above on this page (www.ssc.nic.in) for SSC CHSL Apply Online 2022.
Step 2: Click on New User/ Register Now Button. The registration link will open up in the new window.
Step 3: Click on New Registration in SSC CHSL 2022 application window and then click on the register button.
Step 4: To begin with the CHSL registration, candidates need to provide basic details like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
Step 5: Click on submit button to submit your online registration form of SSC CHSL 2022. It is advised that candidates verify their details before submitting the form. All the candidates will be issued a Registration ID for SSC CHSL 2022 exam.
Candidates are required to log in with the provided Registration ID, date of birth and password to complete registration for SSC CHSL 2022.
Step 6: In the next step, candidates would have to upload photographs and signatures following the requisites mentioned by SSC.
Step 7: Login with registered ID and password to complete the Part-II of the application form of SSC CHSL 2022.
Step 8: After filling up the application form, candidates must preview the entire application form of SSC CHSL 2022 once to look for any glitches in the form.
Step 9: Click on the Final Submit button after previewing the complete online SSC CHSL application form.
It is advised that Candidates download and get print copies of the submitted application form of SSC CHSL 2022.
